What if I'm not there?
If you cannot make your appointment, contact us immediately via email or phone call. We will set up an alternative date or deliver your items to a trusted friend or roommate. Note that we need their contact information and they must be present.
Can I update my appointment?
Yes, the sooner the better. If you alter your appointment the day of delivery, you will incur a $50 convenience fine.
What time is my delivery?
Your delivery will be the date you selected upon sign up. All dropoffs will happen between 10 am and 6 pm on the date scheduled and our movers will notify when they are on their way.
What if I'm not ready?
If you're not ready when movers arrive, contact us to reschedule. While we'll do our best to accommodate, specific pick-up times aren't guaranteed. Missed appointments may incur additional fees, including a $50 convenience fine.
